We are a coalition of attorneys, paralegals, expert witnesses and others in the foreclosure defense litigation field who are willing to share information, tactics, techniques along with our skills, experience and talents, to combine our efforts into a synergistic pursuit of justice for homeowners defrauded in this mortgage mess perpetrated by unscrupulous investment bankers, quasi-lenders, servicers and others which have profited in the billions if not trillions of dollars at the expense millions of the rest of us.

FDNpro.com will be heavily focused on California given approximately 1/3 (over 7 million) of the homeowners in trouble with their mortgages are located there as is most of our experience.  We also have unique problems associated with the non-judicial foreclosure/trustee-sale procedures, statutes and lack of adequate case law.
